SHIPPING
SHIPPING COSTS:
All orders are sent as Express Shipping rated $10.99 for all orders within Australia.
Express same day shipping is available on orders placed before 1pm AWST
After 1pm placed orders will be shipped out the next day.

Australia Post Domestic:
All Australia Post Express Post Delivery Times: 2-5 business days.
All Parcel Post Delivery Times: 3-10 business days.
Shipping times are an estimate.
All parcels are shipped from PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
TRACKING
Your email address & mobile number will be submitted to Australia post, Australia post will send email or text communication about your parcel status, expected delivery date & collection information if you're not in attendance when delivery is attempted. Our shipping policy on all parcels is signature on delivery. Because we are a wholesale supplier this is to protect your goods by having you sign for them, we are not able to offer drop in a safe place or authority to leave at the address your parcel must be signed for. This delivery system with Australia post has tracking you will be notified by us when your order has shipped with your tracking number.
DELIVERY DELAYS OR MISSING PARCEL
Please Note: There are no delays from us internally in Angel Lash Boutique.
Angel Lash Boutique does not take any responsibility for delivery times once the items are in Australia Post's hands as it is now their responsibility for delivery delays or missing packages. We guarantee that we will work in the outlines timeframes as stated on our website. If we do not meet those guidelines unless for unforeseen circumstances we will compensate you for the delay. Once we have shipped products in our allocated timeframes we are then no longer liable for any delays in shipments.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Angel Lash Boutique. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
RETURNS
All return requests need to be made within 72 hours of receiving your items.
We request that you inspect all products immediately after receiving your goods to confirm if any errors/damage has occurred. Please see below for different return processes.
DAMAGED
Angel Lash Boutique does not take any responsibility for damaged items. All items are packed and shipped in a perfect condition and with all our love and care. Items that have been damaged in transport will need to be taken up with our courier service Australia Post. We will always help out in whatever way we can to ensure they compensate you for your products but unfortunately we can not guarantee their outcome.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED
If your receive your purchase and there have been any packing mistake made by Angel Lash Boutique we will resend the correct items to you express the next available business day with a return prepaid satchel inside. You must pack the incorrect products and have shipped back to us.
WRONG PRODUCTS ORDERED
In the event that you have placed an incorrect order Angel Lash Boutique takes no responsibility for this. We are happy to exchange the incorrect item however shipping will be at your cost. We would need any items being exchanged to come back in their original packaging and completely unused and in their original condition. We will then once confirming it is eligible to exchange send you the products requested. Shipping will be at your own expense.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for shipping on orders placed incorrectly, this avoids your order being processed with our general shipping order queue and may already be shipped before you arrive for collection.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info.angellash@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Angel Lash Boutique and the customer must pay to re-ship the purchase order.
Unfortunately, Angel Lash Boutique is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Angel Lash Boutique does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
